AG Onsite has an area of expertise that sets us apart from others when it comes to Basement Waterproofing. We know it’s all about hydrology. Trying to seal a basement from water leaks does no good unless you can get the incoming water away from the basement structure first. We understand the different components of landscape, soils, groundwater dynamics, stormwater and infiltration that go into drainage problem solving. After we address the hydrology of the site, we then take a look at the best waterproofing application, whether it is interior or exterior to the basement. Our waterproofing barrier of choice is Polyurea, which is a spray-on rubber coating that gets applied to the basement wall to the thickness of approximately a dime (30 mil). There are no breaks or cracks when the Polyurea is applied. It becomes one continuous (i.e. monolithic) protective waterproof coating. We look at the entire problem and come up with a common sense approach to permanently fixing it.
